1. Definitions and Scope

In this document, "hey bajji", "platform", "site" and "we" refer to the heybajji.cam website and all services operated under it. "User", "member" and "you" refer to any registered account holder or visitor to the site. 3. Account Security and Password

You are responsible for keeping your account password and login details completely confidential. You are accountable for all activity carried out on your account, whether done by you directly or by someone else using your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

4.3 Own Account Only

5.1 Welcome Bonus

hey bajji offers a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; to withdraw the bonus, bets totalling ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be placed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are not cash and cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• No more than one bonus may be active at a time.
• hey bajji reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotional offer, though the terms already applied to an active bonus will remain unchanged.
• If bonus abuse or system manipulation is suspected, hey bajji reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action.

6. Gaming and Betting Rules

All game types on hey bajji — slots, live casino, fishing games and sports betting — are governed by set rules. Game outcomes are determined by the technical system and those outcomes are final.

If a bet or game is not completed due to a technical error or disconnection, hey bajji will review the event log and make a decision, refunding the amount where applicable.

• Betting activity must be conducted in good faith.
• Using automated bots, software or any form of collusion to gain an advantage on the platform is prohibited.
• If suspicious activity is identified in any game, hey bajji reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and conduct an investigation.

7. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Taking technical measures to undermine the platform's security.
• Operating an account using a false identity.
• Acting fraudulently towards other members or participating in collusive fraud.

Breaching these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure and notification of the relevant legal authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

11.2 By the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting the hey bajji support team. Any balance remaining before closure will be made available for withdrawal through the established method, unless an investigation is ongoing.

12. Limitation of Liability

hey bajji will not be liable for losses arising from technical errors, server outages, third-party service issues or any event beyond our control. Users participate in gaming activity voluntarily and at their own risk.
